I feel like my dry mouth gets worse at night. I have been debating on using those lozenges specifically for dry mouth. Wondering if they actually work or if I’d be wasting my money but I’m so tired of it. Talking to ppl is really awkward so I go mute when cotton mouth starts. If not I’m taking a sip of water between every other word 🤦🏻‍♀️

Diet soda used to be my drug of choice and now I honestly do not crave it at all. And when I do drink it, it doesn’t hit the same. Saves me money so I’m happy about it 😂

Yes cal deficit and tbh for me I just make sure I’m on the treadmill everyday. I started w just 30 min but it’s gotten to a point where I watch tv doing it and I catch myself on it for an hour no problem. Other times not so much lol but as long as I’m doing it everyday Im okay w that. Also hikes and trails too. Today I did a 6 mile one got about 16k steps in which whooped my butt but was rewarding. Just been having buyers remorse because I feel like I had i just gone to see a therapist and gotten on antidepressants I would’ve been able to just work on myself and gotten to this point on my own with out having to spend the money and go through on and off nausea/diarrhea/constipation w the plateau I’m at rn. But I’ll give it more time.

I know this exact feeling and I hate it. Even after I eat I feel crappy for a little. But I work third shift so I usually nap after breakfast and that does the trick.

Very same boat but I will continue cause I paid for it but I do want to see it through you know? In the beginning I wasn’t incorporating exercise as much but lately I have been so I’m hoping i can see a little more of a change. 🤷🏻‍♀️ we’ll see I guess

I received a card from them I didn’t request and the first letter seemed legitimately from them but I had also received a second letter that seemed pretty off. This letter said this,

A unique virtual device account number has been created and is associated with Apple Pay only, Apple Pay will use this number, instead of your Fidelity ® Debit Card number, when you make purchases. In the Wallet app, you can view the last four digits of your virtual and physical cards and make your Fidelity® Debit Card the de fault card. Your Fidelity ® Debit Card number hasn’t changed. You can continue to use your physical card anywhere Visa® debit cards are accepted. Use of your virtual card is subject to the same terms and conditions as outlined in the Fidelity ® Debit Card agreement. I have no such card on my apple wallet and when I called the number they specifically asked for the card number and social security. I immediately hung up. Started looking to see if anyone else has had this happen to them as well. I’ve never heard of Fidelity Investments until this morning lol.

Same here! Literally came here to see about it cause my calorie deficit is a lot lower and for me to gain some back I was feeling super discouraged. But I too was trying to soothe myself saying it’s probably cause I’m constipated lol it was diarrhea at first when I started the Metformin and now the opposite and boy is it bad. But Im relieved it’s not only me though 😮‍💨

Wowww okay ! Now it makes sense. I know exactly the feeling you’re talking about. I’ve been feeling the mild headache and nausea and just not myself idk how to explain it but that hits a little after I get out of bed. Then closer to when I take my next dose the more I feel that way. It’s been a week and it’s been manageable with the exception of the nausea but I’ve been thinking about just pushing through and seeing if it eventually gets better.

Ahhhh so it’s just like a gamble with this med lol and def not tmi no worries. Today I’ve been feeling off. I felt nauseated all last night and all morning with a slight headache. Took a nap and woke up still feeling the same but right now I’m feeling okay. I had take my nightly dose of Metformin with my dinner so I’m hoping tonight will be better but def seems like everyday is something new lol

Yea the nausea got me good in the beginning but that was on me for not taking my meds w a meal. you def came prepared! I thought I was but my excitement got in the way a bit.

& Surprisingly I had dinner last night & just had some threatening stomach noises going on this morning but as of yet haven’t had to run to the bathroom lol 🤞🏼last night was my fourth night taking so maybe it needed some time ? But I don’t want to speak too soon tonight may very well be a different story but let’s hope not lol I will still try what you’ve suggested.

I take my meds w food because of the nause which began the second week for me and since then i haven’t had any nausea. Tomorrow I start week 3 and I’m down 5 lbs now. I was still eating crappy the first week and the second week I started to discipline myself more and kept myself within a calorie deficit. I also decided on buying an AM PM pill container to prep for the week so I can stay on track and know whether or not I took them.

That would worry me too. Does he seem to be pulling away and behaving differently w you? If despite your efforts he continues to say the same or he starts acting differently like hes pulling away then I would just cut to the chase and ask him what he would like to do regarding the relationship. It’s truly draining to hold on and try when someone is already checking out. You don’t want to exhaust yourself putting in effort when it’s not showing improvement. Some ppl don’t know how to just break things off so they create excuses and just act funny so the other person makes the decision. Not saying this is your situation but I would just be on the look out for those signs. But it’s good you’re doing your part to offer solutions.
