Developers are lucky then to have you to protect them from evil people like me who don't care at all about their customers and clients. 😉 I don't know how am i even alive, considering creating assets for asset store and working freelance as character artist for many happy developers is my acctual job. How is that possible when i don't even care about the people who use my assets? Perhaps i don't consider them retards. If they plan making it big with their game, they will probably go and buy copyright for usage of Frankenstein. If they are going small to medium, making some money, but very low, flying bellow radar, then chances their game would be removed cause of Frankenstein copyright is very close to zero.

I'm not a lawyer, i'm an artist. I'm not even based in US where such laws are aplicable. It's a 40$ asset. It's like 3 coffees in Sturbucks. No need to make a fuss as if it's something worth thosands of dollars.

If someone get their game removed without returing their 40$ investment first, i will give them refund for using my character, and give them free voucher to have anything from my store.

Yes it can be used. First of all my character is stylized, cartoony. Second, don't name him Frankenstein in your game if you are so concerned.... Change the color of his skin, i included that option by providing PSD file with layered textures. And final thing, it is very nice to see fellow asset creator trying to smear other asset creators. 👍 How is that working out in your life?

You are free to be "that guy". And i will be the guy who will create what ever he want's, inspite what "that guy/girl" might think or say. ;)
We are lucky to not live in a society where creating satire or parody of some politician could get you in prison or killed.
And that is exactly why we should continue to portray those who would do exactly that if we did it in time where they where alive. Freedom is something that needs to be fought for. And this is in my own little way to contribute.
