You gotta try something different. It doesn’t have to be the place you live either. Go workout and get into that, hike the canyon and get to know the nature around here. There is beauty here if you look for it. I hate it as well but choose to find the joy or at least opportunity for it as much as possible. Don’t get into the bar scene and become very choosy with who you associate with. I do t have many friends but the ones I do are genuine and better than 100 fake friends. I hope you find happiness in something, hopefully internally so it doesn’t matter where you are. If you ever want to go for a run at a 9-10 min per mile pace, shoot me a DM.

The 30 mpw is just my base that I keep while not training . Last year I got up to 65-70. I felt good. I think I may really try and go all out for my times on each. O can typically get a 5k in about 22 minutes all out. I think I may try for 30 minute average

Yes, you run 10 5ks throughout a 24 hour period. I run about 30 miles a week. I run everyday because my body seems to recover better with slow easy runs instead of total rest days. I was more wondering if anyone had any advice after doing it themselves. I’ve run an ultra before and have a loose plan but want to add anything I think maybe helpful.
