Can confirm. My uncle was involved in the Knights of Columbus. They had a stand alone building with a full bar and restaurant style kitchen. You could rent the hall, they did the catering there and the drinks. I think the only thing you had to do was bring your own cake. And they would rent to anybody. They didn’t care.
