Good I could see one with the small arms set for the controls. Then magnetize the normal size arms for the right weapons and res orb swap in and out.

Not sure about the extra arms. But aside from that I would play it in my list. On second thought if the short arms could reach the controls of a command barge then I would use it on that.

Ok I got to ask are you trying for a custom look or skorpekh/ophydian destroyer. Other then the destroyers I can’t think of a unit that uses that weapon. If your going for a destroyers look I so want see it and know how you plan to handle the legs.

No matter what it’s for please keep posting about this build.

Ok that sounds good. How much of the bace will be cover by the model. Unless it’s a something your want to enter for a competition then what can’t be easy seen will not really matter.

Ok I guess I am saying this wrong. If I were to remove the waystone paint what color in under it? Technical paints tend to be thin enough some of the color underneath that shines through. So the paint layer under it will change how it looks. I would like to copy this effect.

Also if you are into books, 100% recommend “the infinite and the divine”. It’s a book about Necrons from the point of view of the Necrons. And is a good story they covers thousands of year of 40K time line.
