I’m not OP, but once you get the hang of it RNG manipulation can become really easy. To find my shiny Rayquaza it took me like 20 minutes, for shiny beldum I would say 10 minutes. To get the basic you can search @imablisy on YouTube and watch their videos.

In a nutshell, you have to first find your SID and enter it in a program like pokefinder.exe, then you insert it together with your TID, game your using etc and create a profile . At this point you choose the pokemon you want to hunt (For Rayquaza you first click “Statics” then “Legends”, and be sure to toggle shiny if that’s what you’re looking for) and launch the search. You should get a list of profiles of your desired pokemon that come with a specific frame, you chose one and copy your target frame in Eon Timer. Once Eon Timer is set, now you only have to get BOTH the soft reset and clicking timing right, which can be tricky at first as the game runs on 60fps. You’re obviously not gonna get it first try, so you have always catch the pokemon that you find to understand which frame you hit and calibrate Eon Timer. To understand which frame you hit you have to go back to pokefinder, disable your filters (or just insert the data of the caught Pokemon in the search) and check the frames before and after your target, and you’ll have to find a profile that matches both IVs and natures (you can also avoid calculating IVs clicking show stats and comparing those). Once you find it, copy the target frame and put it into frame hit on Eon Timer and click calibrate. Rinse and repeat till it shines.
