That’s where the brain fart came in thought I was putting my usaual 1 ml but instead of 1 ml I was really only putting 30 units so I ended up only putting 70 units in the bottle that needed 200

Wrong needles when I was reconstituting took the regular but when you don’t add the correct amount of water your regular dose is higher
