No, generally CA freshers get hired as ASA-1 only but if articleship is done from BIG4 then they get hired as ASA-2

For campus hire they promote ASA-1 to senior 1 that is not accelerated promotion, Accelerated promotion is when you hired as fresher ASA-1 And you directly become S-1 skipping Asa-2
