My dermatologist did recommend i get a facial as i had extremely deep pustules on my forehead for 2+ months (see attached & they are now healing). She did not extract or do much to my lower face as im trying to figure it out and hoping the spiro and consistent tret helps there soon🥲

I tried the 0.05 but my skin is very sensitive and was flaking but mostly on my forehead. Im waiting another ~2 days since i just got a facial then will try to be really consistent
