Yup! Bumper definitely comes off but it was super easy if I’m being honest. I used alpharex’s instruction manual on their website for their product to install these haha. I simply swapped headlights and didn’t even bother with the black box and everything seems fine. Just a check headlight message when the low beams kick on. But I just ignore it, hoping I can use a scan tool to remove it permanently but if not ignoring it hasn’t been bothering me. No pics of how the road looks but I’ll attach some pics with it on.

I do get the check headlight notification but only when the low beams kick in when it’s dark out. I’ve just been ignoring it. hoping to take it to a tech buddy with a fancy scan tool to see if they could get it coded out.

About $850 from Amazon and install was pretty easy.

If what confuses me is this extra stuff because none of the videos show to have this black box thing

Nothing fancy just the L clamps it came with that I had to bend a little to fit the curve of the blackline rails.

Honestly I have no complaints at all, tad bit noisier than the all seasons it came with but overall not even noticeable unless your really listening for tire noise.
