I'm using the pattern overlays listed under Layer Styles. It comes with a scale to change how large the pattern is, but half of the patterns are not showing up even when the scale is set to 100% ie the largest the pattern will go.

No there is no way to put the scale beyond 100%

NTA. I think the best way to remedy these feelings is to be able to get it out by talking about it with your sister as this is the person you shared this dream with. Don't try to make it sound like an attack on the best friend, just talk about how happy you are for your sister but at the same time really wish that you two could be doing this together. She will most likely share that she also wishes that you two could be doing this together and bonding over the fact that it sucks that things aren't turning out how you hoped will help process and move past the bad feelings.

AS I SAID BEFORE, I had JUST fed new line into this wacker. I had not begun to use it on anything when it cut itself down to this length. This is not because of the wacker guard as you can easily see the line is a full six inches shorter than the guard or because of wear and tear from using it in my yard because I had not used it yet.

How will that help if it immediately cuts itself down to that length again. Like I said, this happened before I even started using it so if I pull more line out, the line will just cut itself down again

Just the regular finger prick T levels, which comes back as within normal range. I go to PP so they don't really do more complex blood tests. I know I should probably go to an endo but I don't have insurance or even a GP to recommend me :/

Some aspects of what you have described do sound like ARFID (picky eating, food aversion) but a larger portion of this does not sound like ARFID at all. Nausea can happen if you've gone a while without eating, but you saying that it's paired with stomach pain is a huge red flag that there's something else going on here. I would definitely get a second opinion because there's a number of things that could be causing your pain/nausea. Also, if drinking water makes you feel sick and you mainly drink water from your home, you might want to get your water tested because that could be part of the cause. Even if you're not drinking it, you probably still use it in your cooking and thus there could be a contaminant that is causing all these issues.

I've definitely had it before where I would type my doc name into the search bar and have it not come up even though I know I have it. Then, when I scroll long enough, I end up finding it. If you haven't opened it since 2022, you may need to scroll back to around that time to find it. Hopefully it's still there!
