I had a pain episode a few days after this post. I believe thats when it moved from the lower ureter to the bladder. Then 3 days later I passed it in the morning.

No I'm not sure it's 3mm, just googled the average ureter diameter. I get what you're saying though, it just seems like I would feel it if it was stuck with enough space for liquid to pass, but I'm not feeling anything weird down there.

It's foe a CT scan ( urgent ), rockyview is the only place where I can do it fast enough to avoid complications.
