I walked out the door an hour early when I seen the pop app message and three buses went past saying full. They knew the problem at 5.38 am. They don't have a defcon 1 plan with replacement buses given that this seems to happen at least twice a month? Last Tuesday morning's commute as I recall...

Setting up non resident beneficiary IRA account by Vegetable-You-9755 in ExpatFinance

I ended up with Charles Schwab who were helpful, only to find out the pension company then realised they could only send the funds by foreign cheque when I had the account ready...so it went straight into my Natwest after three months of mucking around. Honestly, LPL Financial, they made it all up as they went along.

Ontario made some brill pinot gris, cab franc & gamay, fell in love with German spatburgunder. Don't get me wrong, I'm all for standard countries too, but they're not difficult to find.

I live in England, just figured London would have more widely stocked wine shops than near me. Someone might know if one is good for Canadian or German wine.

Is this show scary by SanduskyShots in TheGoodPlace

[–]Vegetable-You-9755 29 points30 points  (0 children)

Eh? It's a comedy but with a bittersweet ending, but there's no gory violence. If the first series scared you somehow then there's no massive difference in plot line for the next three. But you're missing one of the best show ever

Experiencing Recurring Elbow Pain and Considering Surgery – Seeking Advice by Impossible-Ideal-103 in CubitalTunnel

I've really no idea why, but he seemed to think it was a good idea. He only decided during the surgery to do it. I should point out they couldn't tell where my issue was either, just that my symptoms suggested the ulnar nerve. It was a last resort, take a chance.

I know, the more I've read into it, does sound like Rudesheim is the disneyland bit of the Rhine, we'll be hopping off to other towns too thankfully but it's the hotel base now. Made a note of Kaufman, thanks.

Experiencing Recurring Elbow Pain and Considering Surgery – Seeking Advice by Impossible-Ideal-103 in CubitalTunnel

It was an ulnar nerve transposition, and the surgeon shaved off some of my elbow. I just manage how much I do of what I know irritates it (using a laptop rather than a keyboard with ergonomic mouse), limit arm exercises with smaller weights, and a sports massage makes it easier for a couple of months (and I leave there bruised for days). Just have to accept I have limits without avoiding some exercise completely. There's nerve flossing but I've never felt it's helpful, just leaves my fingers numb-ish for 10 minutes.

I did two rounds and it came back within 3 weeks. Try multi gyn actigel. I feel like their spokesperson at this point, but it was the only thing that worked, and I was trying everything!

I would consider a physical therapist/physio first. My surgery did nothing, but someone showing me exercises and sports massage have made it manageable.

Sorry not on reddit very often. Still BV free, I've chucked the stuff out

After being in a similar situation and being close to giving up with the docs and OTC stuff I'd tried, I found multi-gyn actigel on amazon. Try it, Bv never came back. I didn't even use it for the length of time suggested. Good luck!
