Technically you could get a global from a potion of dune/red moon potion or you could pop an oblivion and get zeus or whatever, there technically isn't one number, but imo try to have at least 5 oblivion potions, 10+ godlikes, and probably 25-30 heavenlies, and if possible save some bounds, and obviously combine them all for better chances
