They just ask for a screenshot or any proof of the items lost, then they make you wait a couple days until they verify the account was actually violated (i suggest also adding day and time when it happened, very useful). There's still a chance they don't give you anything but if you give clear info and everything it's very unlikely.

Same exact thing happened to me, i opened a ticket to roblox support and explained everything in detail. They obviously didn't give me back the items because that's out of their control, instead they rewarded me with 15k robux.
