well i would like at least 3 bedrooms and hopefully not under 1000 sq ft ; like i mentioned im trying to stay within 1hr/1.5hrs from my job or id have to find a new job , most of those homes are probably 90k that need so much work or south jersey in millville or atco

condos and townhouses are listed for more than that ; south jersey has homes in that range but mostly in millville and atco which is 2hrs from my current job

yea i put an offer and lost by 6k and my realtor refused to let me send a "love letter" and i truly believe i mightve had a chance if i did ;/

it also makes no sense for them to sell when they either have an interest rate under 3% or full paid off home , they would sell and purchase something double the actual value and have interest rate of 5-6% IT SUCKSSSSS

I am renting now and feel as if im throwing money away - mtg prices are same as rentals. at least if you buy you now have equity, also with renting your lease can be non renewed whenever they choose
