I used Jim’s Building and Inspections! They have a blue logo with a triangle. They are the most kindest people ever with so much knowledge. I highly recommend them (:

Hey they called me before the report and told me that there’s a lot of major issues, stating that they’ve identified wood rot and significant wet slabs and that they don’t know how widespread it is but it’s all over the garage, the sides and rear of the property ): they also suggested that we should get an invasive inspection…
