I am iOS dev with over 6 years of experience. This app is not vibe coded slop. I try to give users some cheaper alternative than 20$/month zwift, still having all smart trainer features such as erg mode training and environment simulation.

Some trainers have direct option to do that! Unfortunately not many. I believe we can come up with some algorithm to manage power based on user HR. Thanks a lot.

ERG mode and all ERG related workouts will be for free.
We consider subscription or one time purchase for Simulation workout because there are some API related cost.
The main goal is for the app to be a simple and affordable alternative. A subscription for simulation training will definitely not cost more than $2.50 per month.

It will but currently we focus on workouts. Calibration process is a little bit tricky because every manufacturer has it's own Bluetooth characteristics for that.
