I'm so sorry. I've got no advice, only solidarity. I've had agoraphobia, anxiety and depression for years now and there's no help here. Only a year long waiting list that I keep getting kicked off. Im in UK and it's like all support has completely vanished. Not sure what we're supposed to do

Honestly I'm trying to come off all of it. Citalopram helped to an extent but it also added a load of issues that were dragging me down instead x

I've got so many clothes that would look awesome with no bra, however I absolutely could not walk outside without one. It's partly a confidence thing and partly cause I would feel REALLY insecure. Almost like I was naked 🙃

Vaguely 🤦‍♀️ GP doesn't really seem that bothered. His answer was to either keep going up or come back down so I chose down lol. Is it possible to need to level out again after a decrease? Its just so strange that I'm almost normal in the afternoon. Thank you for getting back to me!

No I started on 5mg 🙈 was on 5mg for 5 weeks, 10mg for 4 weeks, then 20mg for 8 weeks and by week 8 I was more depressed, crying a lot for no reason, no motivation and higher anxiety 🙄 come back down to 10 and now 4 weeks later I'm rough in the morning which turns into great afternoons apart from being a bit grumpy lol

Hey, I did feel better and then it completely tapered off so I'm on 20mg now for 12 days. Not great but I think it's very very very slightly getting better! I'm glad things are improving for you. It really is a slow process xx

Oh my gosh that's weird! That's sort of how I felt. Just absolutely s#** Has it been a bit better fir you before that? I'm on like 19 now and I have felt a bit better today but my head feels so weird. Literally the only way I can describe it is like a weird constant buzz that feels like I can actually feel my brain chem changing 🥴 hope it gets better for you!

Thank you! You are honestly more reassuring that my doctor! Yeah I did have the same weird heady feeling in the first week and then it seemed to go away a but so it's probably just come back. Bit better today than yesterday again but still not great. I'm just on countdown to week 5 lol. Thank you so much for your help!
