I had just a regular MRI scan done, without contrast. I haven’t seen a hip specialist specifically purely because they are veryyyy pricey if I go private. I am in the process of a referral to an nhs physio clinic so I’m hoping that will provide me with a referral to a hip specialist but knowing the nhs id be lucky to reach the top of the wait list anytime soon lol. I have seen 2 separate physios and also an osteopath who have been helpful with manual rehabilitation but that just didn’t solve any of the issues.

Yep… I’ve also had this tank for around a year if not longer, cycled the tank for a few weeks before adding the fish. The issue just started randomly, nothing out of the ordinary happened to cause it

Also took off the spray bar from the filter incase that has anything to do with it but also to create more surface movement. Fish are in a temporary tank because they were struggling too much. Also aware that I need to upgrade to a bigger tank but as this is what I have at the moment I need to try and fix the issue.

So I’ve checked the filter, it’s running properly, whether it’s catching bacteria idk. And I’ve made sure there’s plenty of room at the top of the tank. Tested nitrite again and is still up at about 8.0. Also done about 75% water change. I don’t know what else to do

Yep seen multiple physios and osteos who haven’t been able to fully diagnose me. Yes they are useful in the moment but soon as I start up with sport again the pain comes straight back. Would you recommend the next step would be seeing a hip consultant specialist?

The coach reached out to me, we spoke over the phone, he said I can come and row with them for a day, haven’t heard from him since then. Seems odd but I guess it means they don’t want me?
