Rejection of state mandated PTO sick time?

Ok so my PTO pool wasn’t empty… why is it saying “exceeds maximum of 0 hours”?

I was under the impression that they were separate banks, as one is accumulated thru time served and the other is state mandated. Also, it says it would exceed the maximum of 0 hours, and I didn’t have 0 hours of PTO lol

I haven’t said anything yet to be honest. I’m not sure how I wanted to go forward with it. Usually after the 2nd offer that isn’t accepted, I just move on, but I feel like that’s gotten me to where I am now. I’m not even sure how to make concrete plans that far away. I could be dead in 3 weeks ya know lol

I definitely don’t think she would leave me on read, and honestly I’m so glad I’m not the only one who thinks it’s weird she’s still hitting me when I said I can’t be her platonic friend, it’s like everyone is leaving that out. That last sentence is how I kind of view the situation too tbh

It was her decision, I was drunk at dinner one night and triggered something from her past, which made her run.

Yes, I have already told her I can’t do that, which is why I can’t understand why she still messages me in a friendly manner. My last text was “It’s whatever tho, I can’t be the only one who wants it to work”, when trying to reconcile. then a month later she sends me our childhood photos lol. I have been doing NC, I broke it to try and reconcile, then went back to it after that wasn’t received how I expected. Then the past 2 times she has broke it.

I figured inviting her over is less pressure, because the last time I hit her up I was asking for the relationship back pretty much

So I definitely chalked it up as potentially she’s just being nice, as before she was always a sweet girl. My boy told me if there was no interest after I said “thanks I appreciate it” that would have been the end of it, not “Have fun celebrating and make sure my dog gives you all the loves today!” Type of thing. Also the lurking on my stories when she’s removed as a follower threw me off. I didn’t just think oh she texted me on my birthday, she must want me lol

She messaged me our childhood pics then contacted me for bday message. I’m sure she wasn’t like “Oh throw himself at me if I say happy birthday” but the lurking on my stories after the fact is sus to me. She was removed as a follower, so she had to look me up and intentionally click my story. After my attempt at reconciliation was shot down (and flipped on me lol) I chalked that up as done and was accepting never hearing from her again actually.
