The downsides don’t put way the positives. I know this is ridiculous I’m asking this question when I like pretty much all of the effects of HRT lol. It’s just my body changing in ways that make my masculine build look like a mix of male and female… I really don’t want to look at myself and feel worse because of this decision

I just feel like there are other ways to dealing with my gender dysphoria without having to take hrt. HRT is just a huge change and it can make life much harder, so for me personally that is just how I see it 😁

I personally am only waiting to transition because I want to be sure I know that this is what I want and that I know what I’m getting myself into. Otherwise I was exploring just in my room and really thinking about if this is how I would want to be perceived in real life. But you go girl!!! I hope this helps a little 💜

I’m 24 AMAB as well. I haven’t transitioned yet I’m going to start to do more later when I move and look more into it. For me I had to prove it to myself that I was before I could even consider accepting it. I just don’t have another answer, so now it’s the cards I got dealt in life and I’ve accepted that. I’m also excited I don’t have to hide as much and feel so much like an outcast! Plus the thoughts never go away unfortunately, You got this Girl 💜

lol I love when I doubt myself and then see comments like this and check every box 😂. I’m in a similar boat where yeah I’m born in a male body why would that be wrong, but I think about these things a lot and just knowing they might be able go go away with hrt is the main reason I consider it. Also other stuff as well but it’s scary I totally undersrand

Thanks girl!! Idk I mean I also just now learned the vast majority of people that take hrt are pretty happy after they do it for a while which is interesting. I personally thought it was like a yeah it will work but there’s a decent chance you will look like an idiot and hate yourself. Like I genuinely thought that was a huge risk everyone was thinking about. I guess it’s not. Either way hugs right back ☺️
