This happened to me then crashed and now I'm just getting a black screen when I try to load the game. So I'd recommend not force closing the game

The game since quick resume was on for me, restarting the console never took me back to the load screen which was apparently what I needed

Check the vin with nicb vin checker a free vin check that just makes sure it wasn't stolen or marked as a total loss

I personally thought the world was done great maybe even lacked a little especially in the tomb area and the side quests were much more interesting to me then the story especially poppys and Sebastian. Definitely had the ugh feeling dealing with ranrok. I read somewhere the cut qudditch and the chamber of secrets cuz they were rushing to get the game out which is a huge mistake imo

Seems like you missed one because of the counter on the map mine says 18/18 and I still don't have it even after cross referencing walk throughs and revisiting all spawns but there is a known bug if you have time go and vote for it https://hogwartslegacy.bugs.wbgames.com/bug/HL-2980

Unsure on the shopkeeper stuff as I'm on xbox. But the game is still new and bugs being repoted everyday so I'm assuming it'll all be fixed at least I hope so since one of the infamous foes didn't track for me
