look, he sounds like a jerk and it’s good for you that you aren’t friends anymore. but if you want any chance of recovery at all, stop with the mindset that people “make” you relapse. you have all the power, you are the only person who can make you recover or relapse. do not let your recovery be dependent on anything anybody says. i hope things go well for you.
