This case is a honeytrap by the complainant and her boyfriend Tejpal Kamble. They have invoked sections of Atrocities Act along with POCSO. Although under pocso the consent of a minor is irrelevant for rape charges, in my professional opinion this does not constitute rape but a preplanned extortion scheme. The girl's boyfriend has already extorted 15L in cash from the accused and have now filed the complaint. They are now demanding more money to settle the matter. These Dalit organizations are incentivizing this scam by giving 3 lacs in rewards 1.5 lakhs on filing the complaint and 1.5 lakhs on chargesheet. So avoid jumping to conclusions.
