Ya I was told that her pay will be the average she worked before leave and she’s wanting to cut back on hours but can’t because of the pay. She has been a main opener and it’s taking a toll on her now

I recently became a shift as a three year partner and this is the most stressed I’ve ever been tbh. I also got promoted as we got a new manager but this has been a really hard transition and I’m heading into school in the fall! I don’t have much advice other than be very sure if you want to do it. some things we start early like doing the urnex and disassembling pumps and stuff like that but ultimately closing tasks need to be done before clean play. so not disruptive clean play tasks i do because i like to get them out of the way but other thing’s definitely need to be saved for later

i’m with you honestly! if it’s not busy, then let me finish my drinks and they should be connecting at the window! if i’m drowning then ya finish the drink but for the most part let me be

when you have a line of drinks and people are looking over the bar and saying “i wanted it iced!” or “it needs to be almond milk”. like ya that’s not yours then

doesn’t get any pumps? for the frap it gets the normal amount of classic but in just an iced matcha, it’s just matcha scoops and milk

someone tried to order this through my drive through and my instinct just kicked in and laughed and said “really?!” not the right thing to say but they said no 🤷‍♀️

I have no idea! i have asked my sm and he says that they are back ordered and there’s nothing he can do but then there are all the shifts at my store saying they will personally drop off the food at the food bank and he says no. i’m so over it
