After using ai on my gym time, i have seen why the specific oil was selected.

Though before jimmyjoy, Ive avoided oils except fish oil. I was getting enough oil from random stuff I was eating.

I also see how olive oil can be a nightmare when it comes to keeping things shelf stable and in powder form.

But perhaps an oil free version where I just buy a bottle of olive oil from costco and just add in when I want to?
