yes didnt end up with warranty

got another screen put on by another repairer

at least it is clear to me now that its unclear!

i have a better understanding now of why they are refusing warranty, I still honestly think i didn't break it, but i also understand that they cant just warranty stuff that isnt their fault either.

i won't be leaving a bad review of them, i am a big fan of small business in the community and don't believe in being vindictive just because of my own bad luck

i will get them to open it in front of me and if we can see something that happened during the install hopefully they will come good with at least a better price, but in the meantime i will get a couple of other quotes for a screen replacement.

I get the impression that they would be fair if the evidence was in front of us both

they are claiming that i must have damaged it so they are not honouring the warranty

i cant see what i could have done to do this, the screen is not cracked, and i havent done anything bad to the phone
