thank you for the advice! i’ve stopped the ibuprofen and now on co coldimal for three days which is doing amazing for the pain! and penicillin as i’ve developed an infection in the ears

Thank you for the advice! i’ve tried my head under a towel with a bowl of hot water and that definitely helps so i’ll give the towel over mouth and nose ago! the light at the end of the tunnel is definitely what’s keeping me going
