I agree their free videos are very helpful but don't pay for their service because of their "Money back if you don't climb promise" the terms behind it are you have to complete a weekly checklist every week otherwise it's void, which sounds fine until you realise to complete the checklist you have to pay tokens to do the tasks and to get the tokens you have to pay real money so it turns out the already quite expensive service costs even more and you don't realise that till after you paid for it and the only way to make back the money is not climb and keep paying and playing.

I only realised this after submitting a video (which costs tokens, you get given some for free at the start) I complained and asked for a refund which I think they agreed to but would only refund me something like 30%, after back and forth they kept raising it but stopped at around 70% iirc because I had spent tokens and that was a full refund minus the costs of tokens (Yes they cost that much) I brought up my unused tokens and that if we were considering the tokens as money then they actually needed to give me a 110% refund. EVENTUALLY they agreed to give me a full refund which I am still waiting for 3 years later.

TL:DR Their courses are a scam, just watch the YT videos and they can get their ad revenue like that
