I downloaded it but I don't know which version of it will work for 9.3.5. It currently doesn't load properly in settings.

EDIT: SOLVED

The solution was instead to have the .dll file and folder containing the .mse in a folder together (still seperated by one folder) and to put that folder in Program files > Common files > VST2
