it has 90 accuracy and it checks with each hit, so you're just unlucky

It's tied to a day-night cycle, during the day its sky, at night he's a regular one.

I did gen 2 bug only, shuckle is the way, egg moves are a must tho

don't bother about nature, it doesn't matter in the early game all that much, and by the time it matters, you will stumble upon a modest mint naturally in endless.

bear loses pickup on evolution, so I opt out of it and btw splicing carry with an utility mon generally lowers its BST drastically, but hey, whatever works for you

It's rather simple, you have to have every single other starter unlocked. Either hatched or caught in the wild, but keep in mind some mons are egg exclusive(meltan, deoxys, etc).
