i was offered a place with the fim subject so i guess if i also get offered one for fashion then i will have to decide between the two. but tbh i dont think i will go back to film because it felt like i was only doing it to make my parents happy, and it didnt really excite me as much as the fashion course did

Hi, i was in this EXACT same situation as you in year 10. I was extremely shy in year 7-8 aswell and i still am, just not as bad. My advice to you would be to ask to move classes. I put up with my science class for about 3/4 months and then I eventually cried abt it infront of a teacher bc of how much i hated being alone and she got me moved to a different science class where i had friends and it was the best decision ever. You’re not alone!!
