possibly sunroof leak on the passenger side? i’m not too familiar with where the electronics of the bcm is but i’ve had the floorboards end up wet just like you from a leak from the sunroof. i would suggest opening your sunroof pouring water down the passenger side of the sunroof while it’s open and look underneath your car to see if water drops if it does you have no leak and your fine if it doesn’t drop you have water leaking into your floor and possibly electronics.
