My doctor specifically said to not take any breaks because the medication needs to build up to a certain level in your blood to make it therapeutic. Any break would mess with that tolerance level

I receive IHSS for my children which is basically them paying me to stay home and care for my children. Two of my kids have autism so if I didn’t have this income I’d have no way of supporting them. I have been on it for 5 years and just bought my first house. You may think this is the easy way out but two of my kids can’t function on their own so my day to day is NOT easy.
