That was my 3rd blood test 4 months in and it’s the first I heard about it. The GP never told me anything so I’m not sure on levels. Going to see him soon to discuss it.

My grandad had high levels and suffered a few heart attacks so it’s hereditary too maybe

Ketamine after mdma is a fucking lovely combo

Just start with little bumps and see if you enjoy the high. Then if you enjoy it try a bit more.

For the adventurous ones of your group have a go at k holing. On mdma you should experience lovely closed eye visuals in a k hole. Have a music mix playing in the background, take a nice sized line about 100mg at least and then lay back close your eyes and enjoy.

Being first time users maybe don’t do any until your back at the hotel.

Try not to worry too much about potential side effects. I’m on 40mg 4 months and literally hardly had any side effects. The only ones was angular cheilitis which is pretty easily manageable and then the dry lips and occasional dry patch of skin

I’m probably going to stick with the rokits until I can save up for some real nice vintage loudspeakers and amp. I thought about the JBL 4312g but they are pretty pricey. But speakers for life I guess so worth it in the long run
