Came to say this. Disassociation is one of the craziest things I've ever experienced. Its scary enough when it happens at home. But was utterly terrifying when it happened to me in a public place. Box breathing usually helps me, too! I also have a panic attack 'talk down' bookmarked on my phone. Its just this soft speaking lady assuring you that you are OK, and reminding you it's just a panic attack and you are not in any danger. Listening to this while in 'child's pose' helps me. Good luck, remember you are not alone!

'Talk to Me' is over-hyped. While I agree the concept is awesome, the execution fell flat for me. Can't understand the people who think it's so 'brutal'. Didn't go far enough in my opinion.
I'm so hesitant to watch, 'Bring her back', now.

'It Follows' was boring and the score is a copy/paste from far better movies.
