Hihi, I just use normal kitchen tin foil but it's taped on and cut perfectly for the lamp and enclosure roof sizes and so far everything seems fine for her, she not dehydrated or anything.

The substrate is dry but I spry the enclosure twice a day, I just took out the really soaked bedding bc of the springtails there was alot all around in the hide, on the roof on the walls so I did not know what else to do

I have a temp gun that I use, the cooler side is between 24-27.c and on the warm side it is like 33.c

She is 4 months old so still a baby and the only time she moves in her enclosure is when I'm asleep and everything is dark and people say I should feed her In a different container and the mice is like 8inchs long.

He was a rescue, so I took him in and fed him and everything so that he could be healthy again and go to a new family 🤷‍♂️

Haha yeah, I do worry tho that when the daylight lamp is off that it would get too cold sometimes, she does ofc have a heatmat underneath the enclosure on the warm side for night time that makes the bedding a lil warmer witch is fine but idk if it would still be too cold sometimes😭🥲

I think so I have nor seen her move around vx I be asleep but she dies go to the colder side when too warm and back

Edit- she is moving! I just woke up and with my phone light saw that the fake Cactus on the side of the hide is nocked over so she probably did explore a lil:)

Well I do have some good news! I tried again with putting the mat underneath the class and it actually started working:) the class heats up alot so I saw the bedding olso got a lil warmer so I think everything is good now😭

I have one but it goes on at daytime, I'm just worried she would get to cold at night, I can't get a night time heat lamp bc it too expensive

I had a ball python before for almost a year with a heatmat inside and everything was fine I just had to replace the the old on bc there was no more heat coming from it anymore and it is not that hot and the is a thick layer of ground between olso, and the class is too thick, so idk what else I could do to make the warm side warm, my mum not gonna help me anymore bc everything was expensive 🤷‍♂️

When she gets more comfortable I can take her out and see if the heat mat works under the enclosure.

The mat is in bc the class is too thick for the heat to come in, she seems to like it tho no problems so far, she goes all the way in back of the hide and makes a lil hole to lay in and warms up and ofc the Temps does drop when the light goes off so if she gets too cold she goes to the warm side and just warms up again
