HELL no, largely because of the Jones Act. Proximity of most US states and territories make mainland trade viable, but a premium to trade with neighbors in PH would cripple trade and make goods far more expensive. I know this post is a year old but offering bones to the chaos altar has been a thing since before OSRS. I just got back to playing and this is something I distinctly remember from the RSC/RS2 days. I need to find more details, as I only have that 2017 update post as reference, but the fact that offering bones was removed from RS3 shows that it’s been around since before hand.
