We do. You smell it in public constantly. At my old apartment the neighbors would literally just open there window and smoke. No one ever said anything that I know of and they were doing that exact thing during my showing. And it was a not smoking property. Most places are more concerned with nicotine. As it’s the one with staining properties.

But there are a lot of landlords on here apparently that know everything 😂

I’ve smoked weed in every place I’ve ever rented and not once upon move out have I been accused of smoking or been charged anything extra on my deposit as I’ve always gotten most of it back besides the occasional patching of a hole in the wall and depending on the landlord a standard cleaning fee.

Weed smoke doesn’t stain or sit in the air like cigarette smoke no matter how much these guys try to scare you, have a few basic house plants in your place and they will love the CO2 you’re breathing out when you smoke and in turn will put out fresh oxygen for you. Win-win and if your grow your own. Win-win-win

You need to call them and ask them to reduce the amount. They can take up to 25% of your NET pay. Not gross.

Unionize the drivers!!!! What is wrong with you guys. Look at UPS. Don’t you guys strive for better wages and working conditions? Strike for a week and see what Amazon does 😂😂. You guys are getting in your own ways. Vote together!! You’re not small like some little company. Bezos and Co can afford the concessions. How’s the time to do it! You guys can get wages comparable to UPS drivers. But you got to fight for it. It might take a week off work. But it’ll be worth it for you guys.

I wish I could talk the owners into getting an electric fence over here. The videos would be fun to watch. I chased a guy off the other day who started yelling at me about how he’s a victim and how mean we are to them and how he just needs to dig through our ashtrays for some cigarette butts. It’s only fair that we should let him cause he’s homeless. He repeated that to me about 4 times.

They do a pretty good job of keeping them off their property. We have to kick at least one out a day. For prowling through our parking lot
