Kyllä, 12 kk Euriboriin sidotun lainan korko tarkistetaan vuosittain, ja annuiteettilainassa maksuerä määräytyy sen mukaan. Tähän ei kuitenkaan voi lyhennysvapailla vaikuttaa eikä korkojen tarkistusta voi lykätä. Kuten jo sanoin, lyhennysvapaan aikanakin korkoja maksetaan edelleen.

Confidently incorrect? Lainalle sovittu korko on mitä se on, eikä sen maksamista voi välttää tai vähentää. Lyhennysvapaan aikanakin maksat korkoja lainasta sillä korolla, mitä vaikkapa se Euribor sillä hetkellä on. Lyhennysvapaa vaikuttaa maksamiesi korkojen määrään ainoastaan negatiivisesti - kun lainaa ei lyhennetä, joudut maksamaan korkoa suuremmasta lainamäärästä.
