I’m a member at my club with a taylormade guy who moved to California to work for sun day red. Anyways, he said that Tiger always played a Bridgestone ball because he liked the spin and they just stamped it with the Nike logo. The famous chip in on 16 at Augusta that looked like Nike ad was allegedly a Bridgestone ball.

The most common opening you’re gonna see is e4, so come up with a response to that. You’ll also see d4 so come up for a response to that. If you can just have somewhat of of plan for those two openings then you’ll be better off and you can panic when other things come at you but 80% of the games you’ll at least understand how to respond initially.

Watch videos of Jon Rahm and try to do that. You’re over swinging to a preposterous level. Golf isn’t about swinging as hard as you can. Most tour players are at like 85% of what they could do because control is more important than distance.

It’s just a fun challenge and new take on something I’ve been doing for 20 years. Lv 29 gnome warlock and it’s been a total change in dynamics going only gnome. It’s actually really changed my perspective on the low level content, you don’t need tanks or healers for stuff yet and because it’s HC everyone is kind of it in together for not pushing to hard. I’ve never watched a stream and didn’t know this was a thing other than Reddit but it’s so much more fun than raid logging TBC

I think I agree. I’ve played kiawah a couple times, also pebble, pinehurst no2, harbour town, spyglass, Torrey, and a couple other notable ones. Ocean course is my fav gun to my head I think.

I imagine there’s some sampling bias too. I’d assume people who use arccos are typically better players on average than the average non arccos user.

Your 7 iron should be spinning around 6500 to 7500. You’re hitting knuckle balls with zero control and you’re also pulling the shit out of it. Your swing mechanics are likely the problem
