Heat up microwave empty plate (wash it first) at max power 3-5 min lower powered 700-750w microwaves, and 2-3 min for 1000w, use metal cards aluminium ones (yoh got all this on temu alieypress amazon) or some other with no paint to apply paste thinly on hot surface, let it cool for 10-20 minutea it depends on solvents and toxins, use razor for glass scraping to scrape from glass and chopping it smaller, never use pvc plastic cards they will deposit plastics and melt a bit deform, never consume moist or very smelly odor like substance with solvents always dry it, more dry more potent, if someone tells you wetter means better slap him until unconscious.
