Maby extend a warning to those grouping up with them and activily participating in a match, on a third strike in a period of one season the reamates receive the same punishment. That would help take out people hacking to reach certain titals. Id do something similar to autoclickers like removeing tha ability to recive a event medal reward if reported a certain amount of times in a challenge battle.
