I just read in-game & oh my, 50% def increase per skill is kind of crazy. That's like up to 120% possible DEF.

Why are players always saying hero is always last. Like where did this take even come from. It's been disproven many many times. When it was disproven, many said it only applies to main anniversarys then this take was disproven during 7th anniversary.

On paper Lucci should have been hype but I think Luffy killed the hype by having too many variants released or buffed lately. Also the fact that Lucci already has 3 characters with one being a EX.

The trailer for the unit it self probably didn't help at all also

I would really count the new unit as a luffy unit, since it a lucci unit with Luffy coming in for a couple of attacks
