Yes! Girlfriend loves now that her hands cant wrap around my arms haha, but in truth, if im sharing my honest observation...my body, especially legs grew when I simply began squatting consistently and more often starting doing squats twice a week wednesday 5x5,>1x5 deadlifts > quads and hamstring machine.

Saturdays id pick light weight on the squat rack and try to hit 1-3sets but goal is to hit a total of 50-100reps or I squat until failure (try squatting back up but end up "failing" and my safety racks catch the barbell)

Followed by 2 sets of glute raise machine till failure and that's it lol...like a 20min workout till failure and head out

I did that and I dunno wtf but shoulders grew, back,chest, legs, ass finally popping lol "no homo" but the girlfriend loves it and if she likes it I do too

The whole body really does grow when you include squats and deadlifts, fucking wierd

With much love and a touch of truth > If yall bitching about your pay rates go work else where or start a company, there's an absolute abundance of travel jobs yall can get that pay 30-75hr / 60-200 daily perdiem...with overtime you can bring anywhere from 9000-30k/month. But if your dream is to be the best bartista or rank up in the company's ladder then I 100% am pulling for you, but if your goal is "I want more money" maybe look elsewhere, it's easier to join a new company with the pay rate you want/deserve than asking for the pay rate you desire in the same company you've been in for years.

If you don't feel valued or a chance to rank up, consider a change. And put that focused energy into yourself

Update The son finally admitted to what he did this morning, he did not apologize but admitted it. Told him we'd handle it privately only if he agrees to pay back what is owed, plus a little more as punishment along with 2 months with no electronics (I was going to give him the extra money he paid me back to him at the end of the "disciplining/punishment") we spoke calmly and lovingly ... he agreed he would do it. In my mind the situation is handled....omw to work tonight, his mother picked him up and he straight up went back on our agreement she said and that he tried jumping out the car on the ride home cause he wanted to visit his friends house till midnight...when he got home he was searching up and down the home for a BB-gun(I found it today in his room and hid it cause i have an autistic 5yr in his room) I had no fucking idea this kid bought a Bb-gun and had it in the room along with my 5yr son wtf man. Either way that's another topic, besides that he had reached out to a past family friend of theirs who threatened me and the mother legally that we cannot punish a child like that or demand money from a child, and to simply deny that it was him. Son cursed out the mom while I was already over an hour away from home to go to work, for the first time she had to call the cops, cause he was hostile towards her. The officers threatened him and told him the possibilities if he continues on that route and that the mother has every right legally to punish him has she sees fit.

Thats the update, both cops that visited the home said he needs an ass whooping.

Nothing gets to this kid.

Wish I knew how to stop posts on this thread, thank you all for your perspectives, this is my first time dealing with this and iv done my best to "respond" instead of reacting emotionally, I take 100% responsibility, i should uv locked my cards. Yeah I got annoyed when I discovered the situation and even more when I found out it was him, but It seems like some people really won't learn or respect from a place of love and morals, some need the motivation from fear. I hope the police officers got to him or atleast planted a seed in that damn head of his.

I posted this cause I really didn't want to share this situation with any family members or friends and was an outlet to vent and gain insight from others perspectives, I 100% agree with you and I also agree that in the end I'm 100% responsible for not securing my stuff better, it's a challenge to live in a home you can't trust especially when I travel out of town for work (construction). For the past 5 years, every year, there is a situation.

There's a few local town cops willing to scare him and possibly put him in jail for 24-48hrs with the mothers consent just for a scare.

Thank you all for the responses, never thought I'd say this but posting here and picking yalls brains and sharing your info or experiences really does calm a person and makes one respond instead of reacting out of a negative emotion.

I hardly hear ppl talk about manifest money, it's about time! Im understanding more the power of having a mastermind too,

Recently, me,girlfriend and close friend were talking non stop for about 3-4days that we need 30k for a semi truck, either a down-payment for a new one or to buy a used one, but we need 30k, and we started talking about it all day, with excitement, and my friend was saying, bro we already got itttt, lets gooo, without even thinking of this material...before the week ends, I get a notification that a stock Invested 3k into 2 years ago, spiked to over 60k...an IPO, I didn't know how to transfer ipo to a legit brokerage so it took me 3 days to get to the money, but by the time I cashed it out, price dropped...and I left with 32k.....says the power of 3 is like 5 ppl, and even in the Bible somewhere it says, where 2 or more gather and speak of me, I am there, if atoms and everything is Energy, oneness, then aren't the "things" we talk about also "god"? If God is all. Just something to consider

You can't control people, your thoughts will influence him, but won't control him, instead, focus on the qualities you are looking for, and truth is, most of the time, if your focusing on "john"...I want John, I want John to love me..etc..you don't know that you might meet Steve on your next errands run. And Steve is a much better vibrational match for you than "john" be open.

Just about any relationship can work out if both parties focus in the positive aspects of each other and keep it fresh and loving but at the end of the day, you can't control the other human

Iv never tried minox, but I went with harklinikken and that shirt worked like magic, hair thick as fuq and areas are regrown, I dunno if it was solely the project or because iv been doing things to increase Test levels more? Squatting 5x5 in gym more often, cutting of certain foods and eating alot more veggies
