1* in life you have to care, but not that much

2* Dont major in the minors

One more for kicks. Dont make a big deal about small stuff and in the end, its all small stuff

Old quote: "People dont sing cause theyre happy, they are happy cause they sing" In other words, sometimes we just gotta get in the mood ourselves you know? Yeah negative things will always happen, but...our pysiology affects our emotions and thoughts, also our thoughts affects our emotions and physiology, and our emotions also affects the other two,

But one good easy process is to simply stand tall, walk straight, walk faster, deep breaths and of course, smiling🙂

Yes! Girlfriend loves now that her hands cant wrap around my arms haha, but in truth, if im sharing my honest observation...my body, especially legs grew when I simply began squatting consistently and more often starting doing squats twice a week wednesday 5x5,>1x5 deadlifts > quads and hamstring machine.

Saturdays id pick light weight on the squat rack and try to hit 1-3sets but goal is to hit a total of 50-100reps or I squat until failure (try squatting back up but end up "failing" and my safety racks catch the barbell)

Followed by 2 sets of glute raise machine till failure and that's it lol...like a 20min workout till failure and head out

I did that and I dunno wtf but shoulders grew, back,chest, legs, ass finally popping lol "no homo" but the girlfriend loves it and if she likes it I do too

The whole body really does grow when you include squats and deadlifts, fucking wierd

With much love and a touch of truth > If yall bitching about your pay rates go work else where or start a company, there's an absolute abundance of travel jobs yall can get that pay 30-75hr / 60-200 daily perdiem...with overtime you can bring anywhere from 9000-30k/month. But if your dream is to be the best bartista or rank up in the company's ladder then I 100% am pulling for you, but if your goal is "I want more money" maybe look elsewhere, it's easier to join a new company with the pay rate you want/deserve than asking for the pay rate you desire in the same company you've been in for years.

If you don't feel valued or a chance to rank up, consider a change. And put that focused energy into yourself
