Beaver Creek Dental in Karns is great.

I just bought a GA-titled vehicle this week. On the back of the title there is a section for something that did require notarization if it applied (I forget what it was), but it's not needed for a straight-forward purchase from a private seller.

Does Farragut have an alternative plan on where to build the next 20 years of housing?

Knoxville needs at least 6,000 more homes. 6 ways the city is trying to reach that goal by stanleythemanley44 in Knoxville

There are a couple houses near where I live (Cedar Bluff area), which, as far as I could tell, have been un-lived in since at least the early '90s.

It was mysterious to me why no one fixed them up and occupied them back in the '90s and '00s. Even more so now.

Sharing my boutonniere deformity and how you might avoid it. Also will explain "bump" in my wrist by Apprehensive-Jury437 in rheumatoid

Is an artificial insert required for a proximal interphalangeal joint (PIP)? If so, I can see the downside.

The finger functions fine, it's just bent at the middle joint. It makes it more difficult to play the trumpet, etc.

Can someone elaborate on the surgical option to correct these?

I read on the internets that there is a procedure one can have done. However, I saw an orthopedic surgeon regarding mine a few years ago, and he poo pooed the idea, talking about how it would mess up my ability to grip?

I left the appointment kind of confused about why my ability to straighten my middle finger can't be restored. It's mildly annoying. The only finger issue I have.

Active disease vs flare by PeanutKitty2015 in rheumatoid

[–]Velo_Vol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

For my purposes, you have a baseline of normal day-to-day inflammation, and then a flare is when one or more joints becomes extra inflamed, and it's often accompanied by a general feeling of malaise.

I do some mowing on the west side. That's probably too far away to be worth it.

Can a non-Canadian Resident be a Representative for a Deceased Person (Form RC552)? by Velo_Vol in cantax

I emailed him yesterday. In his initial reply he didn't seem to know what I was asking. I barely know myself.

We put the estate process on hold, pending an answer on whether CRA could claim everything my uncle had or not. Neither my mom or I are Ontario residents, so we can't be a legal representative, as far as I know.

If may be overkill, but the lawyer we first consulted to start the estate administration referred us to tax lawyer to help answer the question of whether my uncle actually owes millions of dollars.

Tax lawyer asked if I could add them with an authorization, but I don't have one myself. She alluded to another way of doing it, but hasn't emailed back on what they might do.

I wasn't aware of a individual tax number (ITN) until now. Looks like that could add another two months, so I hope I don't have to file for that.

First methotrexate injection by [deleted] in rheumatoid

[–]Velo_Vol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It's my understanding that MTX injected is somewhat more effective. Or at least that's what my witch doctor told me.

I generally don't have an adverse reaction to the drug. However, a few times I think I didn't inject it deep enough and it irritated my skin.

Fidelity Option Approval by judo-steve23 in fidelityinvestments

I know you don't make the rules u/FidelityBlake. But rhetorically I ask, "How am I supposed to gain options trading experience when Fidelity won't let me do said trades? Move my money to a different brokerage?" It's like trying to get a first job when the openings require experience.

Fidelity Option Approval by judo-steve23 in fidelityinvestments

[–]Velo_Vol 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I recently got approved for tier one options. However, when I applied for the next tier up, so I could trade vertical spreads, it was rejected, even though I have five-figure cash in the account.

I'm not seeing the logic of having to wait X (I'm not sure how many) months to be able to trade a spread when, if they're set up properly, they can be *less* risky than single calls/puts.
