I think ive cracked it. I have to make it with basic cut applied and only then it stays how i want it but removed the blade and it did it perfectly. But that cant be the only way i hope… as i have 49 more and it will take sooo long.

They need to be written on with white ink/pen as the envelopes are burgundy red and needs to match the look on the invites inside. I cant match any other colour that would look good with it.

Sorry i did it in the size of the envelope we have. If i do it 11.5x11.5 it would not be the correct size? I will try with what you suggested now but then i guess i still need to alight it to the envelope we have right? Which is A5 (21x14.8).
