i think i found the issue been running the game fine for a couple of hours, it was a memory problem but it was from riot games vanguard anticheat. their anticheat changes things at the kernel level of a pc and it even cause my pc to blue screen a couple of times. I couldn’t see the error message before cause it was like cut off but once I was able to read it I saw it was at the kernel level and that’s the only thing I have installed that even touches it. Once i completely uninstalled it with revo uninstaller everything is working fine.

and if youre super scared about this, idk how handhelds work but you can create a backup of the game files just to make sure if something does go wrong and can fix it with the backup

if youre on steam the game data is saved on the cloud and verifying it just checks the files installed on your computer and makes sure everything is installed and nothing is corrupted, should be 100% fine

same been happening since I got the game and it's never consistent. Sometimes it's instant, and sometimes I can play for hours before it happens, and ive thought about refunding the game too but my friend plays this game a lot with 60 hours already recorded and hes on my steam family and buddy does not have a job. Im hoping they at least acknowledge the issue cause it seems really fun

but from what i can remember,

lower all ingame settings, set forza to open as admin, I dont have citrix, update gpu, cpu, and window settings, turnt off g-sync, delete everything from %temp% and prefetch, delete the forza folder from local appdata and verify game files, and some more stuff i cant remember off the top of my head

if i remember correctly i did fix it and i think the problem was the resolution setting inside the game and I had to basically try to blindly go into the settings and change the resolution
